摘要:A novel method for enhancing the forming accuracy and mechanical property of high-entropy alloy micro-parts was proposed using the combination of ultrasonic and cryogenic fields. The influence on the shape factor, microstructure, and hardness of compressed specimens was discussed, respectively. The results show that with the addition of cryogenic fields, the increase in forming accuracy is more significant during ultrasonic vibration-assisted forming due to the improved lubrication condition, and the dominant mechanism changes from dislocation slip to twinning deformation, which can effectively weaken the softening effect and enhance the material hardness.
